• Zaytün is founder Adam Jamkhou's take on zeytoon parvardeh, a north Iranian appetizer.
• Crafted and refined over the years, he would serve Zaytün to his family and friends, slowly growing his fanbase.
• The deciding factor in launching Zaytün was seeing the product transform his olive-averse friends into some of it's biggest fans.
